Buns - I am here and have to correct the record. Zivo pushed me (playing around) and I tripped over someone - maybe you - and broke my left arm. That was on the grass area in front of the court where barry haberman lived. the time i broke my arm in the sandbox was after teasing barry emmerman about henry aaron, he lifted me up and through me in the sandbox

I always wanted to write about my favorite teacher...good thing I waited until you signed on! But Simms...Simon...pretty close...and this was 47 years ago too.
My daughter is 15 1/2 and is a sophomore. She swims for her high school team and also for a club.
How do you like living in NYC? Does your son enjoy living in the city? I see it as a place that is full of intellectual and cultural stimulation...something that is lacking here in LA.

On the main page look at picture four, middle row third from the left. Is that Martin Freilich? Now go to gicture 14, top row, fourth from the left. Is that Kenny Kalisty? Same picture, third row second from left. Looks like David Erlebaum.

That is it for sure. I think that is my sled that Kauder fucked up.

Hi Warren, Its great to reconnect with you after 40+ years. I moved out of Queens 19 years ago and I don't visit the old neighborhood too much now that both my parents past on. In what area of NYC do you presently live? Do you remember Dave Moin? He's one of the few friends from 164 I've stayed in touch with after all these years. I'm trying to get him to join this site. ooohhhh...that was Mrs. Simms? I always thought that was Mrs. Simon...well at least I got the first three letters correct. No wonder she didn't look like the Mrs. Simon in the other class pictures I saw on the site. Thank you for pointing that out to me. I am pretty sure she lived up the street from me. She was my favorite teacher in my 4 years at PS 164.

I now live in Howard Beach, my mom (Dottie) lives with me in a two family i bought (she had a stoke). I divorced 19 years ago and met a wonderful man ( George). Dad ( Aaron) died about 18 years ago. My daughter Stacey is married and has a little boy, Mattew Aaron. He will be 2 in August. My Son, Jason, is getting married July 09. I have another grandson , Nicholas who is 4, Husbands daughter. I still pass the old neighborhood everyday on my way to work. It sill looks the same except the people are different ofcourse. Hope all is well. keep in touch. Cindy
