Yes indeed...no the rabbi thing must have been some perverse fantasy of my mom's...I *was* a little religious for a bit in high school, but had that soon drained out of me (long story); in any case moved to Israel as a secular guy right out of high school, law school, military lawyer for 5 years and then into the foreign service. The 'rents came after me, in 90, evidently just to make my life miserable.
Sara still lives in NY, Queens even, in LIC.
Married, two kids.
Being Ambassador is indescribably cool.

Thanks for your note. As you may have read online, I live in Buffalo, am a professor, have a son named Max (3.5 yo), and get back to Queens to visit my mother (who has been in the same apt for 45 years!), and the guys at Zach Taylor's on Vleigh Pl. Larry is married with a daughter, Sophia, and lives in Guilford, Ct. (Getting Larry to do anything is like pulling teeth, but I told him about this site. He'll get around to it sooner than later).

Where are you these days? How is Wally and Kevin. I remember all the red hair!!

Wow, it was nice hearing from you. Please tell me how things are going. Everything is going great here in Austin, and Courtney is getting ready to graduate HS this year and then off to college.She's looking at going to UT (University of Texas). I'm so proud of her.
