Good to hear from you. My inlaws came in from Florida and I was relegated to do many chores - could not attend reunion.

I met Mish in Hillcrest and have been with her from that moment onward. I still see AB (Arnold Blenner) & James Murray who grew up down the block from me. We have gracefully (LOL) aged with wives and children - we had our little reunion Memorial Day weekend at my house - golf and BBQ.

It was good to hear from you - keep in touch - off to work now.

Let's see. I grew up on 141st street and 71st road, down the block where Shimon's pizza place probably still is. Oh, and the same block as the Hoberman's lived. Did you have one of the 3 in your class? I went to Campbell's and then off to high school in Manhattan. Finally left home to live in Jersey for college. After college I mostly lived in different areas of Queens, a year in Harlem. Currently I'm in East Elmhurst.

I did enjoy the reunion. It was fun to just spontaneously remember stuff. And then I was amazed at some of the things that others remembered.

So, it sounds like you are still in contact with some people from those days. I envy that. But it was very nice to reconnect with people during and prior to the reunion, and also to hear about how other that didn't attend were doing.

Nice to hear from you. All is well and will be coming to the reunion with my wife Cheryl, Jackie and my Aunt Elise who was in the class of 61. I'm also bringing Mitch Schorr. Don't know how much you remember about him but he was sort of a playground legend at Vleigh Place, 164 and Park Drive East. He hasn't been doing well and this will lift his spirits.

How are you? I am so happy you are coming to the reunion! How is your mom and brother? Send them my best. It is great your mom still lives in Queens, I wish my mom lived closer but she moved to Florida (Rhoda in Sarasota) and Harvey moved with his family to Bucks County PA. Jerry is good he had my niece Rachel who is attending Columbia. Jerry left NYC and moved to Maryland after Queens. My parents are not in the best of shape. Age has certainly caught upto them. As of now I just have to get my act together and send in a check for the reunion. I have not focused on the date because my daughter is getting Bat Mitvahed next week and things are a bit hectic. Funny thing is I recently looked at my Bar Mitvah pictures and there you were. Always laughing. Talk to you soon.

Hi Howard, we lived on 73rd Terrace, right around the corner from Vleigh Place. We moved to Douglaston in 1975 and many other places since. Unfortunately my brother passed away a little over three years ago. I remember him mentioning your name and Johnny Cosachov's, when we would talk about that neighborhood. He had some really great memories about playing in little league and playing with friends. Did you play in little league with him?

Hi Howard. I have to admit playing baseball and football in your court was the best time as a kid. I remember playing tackel football without shoulder pads and only helmets. Crazy. Lots of good memories. Your mom was the best when it came to your friends. Glad to see you are doing well. I run into Alan Resnick once in a while and Ron Luft, but that is pretty much it from the old neighborhood. Talk to you soon.

YOU ARE CORRECT. I was in marine reserves but was activated twice. Spent about 5 months over in Iraq but got out pretty quickly. I'm married 10 years with a dog and a cat. Howie, Howard whatever, thought I sent you a msg while back, anyway good to find out what you are up to. I remember the rivalry between our teams in football, hockey, etc. i still remember that silly song tea for two you used to sing from the johnny carson era tonight show. little league when your father was the coach, etc etc. you are teaching the youth of america about biz huh, well when you have it figured out let me know, I can always use some biz tips.

Hey HS. I remember we met at the Peppermint Lounge in the early 80's. You were studying to be a labor negotiator or something? I give you credit for braving the brutal winters in Buffalo. My sister is recently married and has a 6 month baby boy. I'm living the good life in manhattan producing corporate and training videos. I see Kirshman once or twice a year. What kind of music are you listening to nowadays?

It's good to hear everything is going well. I remember playing football in the field by your house and trying to tackle Ken Foster he was such a big guy it took many of us to get him down. The good old days.......How's your brother? Say hi for me.
