Kenny,
How are you? From your photos you haven't changed a bit. We have a lot in common. I have two girls around the same age as your kids. I got divorced in 88 and remarried in 93. We have Golden Retrievers together!!
Didn't we bowl together at Regency lanes? I think we also played little league as well. Boy it's been a long time. Stay in touch.
Ken, my boys are 23 and 19. it is surprising i never ran into you. I ran into everbody from queens at some point. what street did you live on in plainview. i see you got out of accounting. i have a few more years left. hope all is well.

I'm sure you heard that your parents contacted me out of the clear blue a few years ago. What a nice gesture. I heard heard years ago that Paul was a dentist - I think that he had an office in Brooklyn near where my dad and step mother lived before they moved to Florida. Albie passed away in 1996, my mom in 1980 -- it's really wonderful that your parents are still around. This past weekend I had dinner with Don Reichman, Jeff Schwartz, Mitch Schorr, Jeff Marcus, Elliott Levine, my brother Lanny, and Stu Frankel and Stu Alperin (the last two we met at Parsons JHS). Hadn't seen several of them for over 30 years, but it was a hoot.
As you no doubt heard from your mom and dad, I currently live in Lawrence, Kansas working at the University of Kansas. Really a wonderful place to live and work. I've moved around a bit in my career - after studying public policy at the University of Chicago, I worked in Colleges of Education at the University of New Orleans/Tulane (in a joint program), at the University of South Carolina, at Colorado State University, and now KU where I'm Dean. Something about college towns and university communities was always (and still is) attractive to me. I've got three kids - a 22 year old son from a prior marriage who graduated from CU-Boulder and lives in Denver, and a daughter ten and a son seven. My wife is also a professor at the University who I met years ago in South Carolina. My folks always adored your mom and dad, though I'm sure my dad lost some contact after Sarah died and he remarried years later. Please say hello to your brothers - we all had some good memories together.
Rick
Ken, I haven't thought about Alan Spett in over 40 years, wow! We were in the same patrol together. He was a funny guy. Do you still keep in touch with him? Say "Hi". Another blast from my past in that same patrol was Scotty Krause. I think he was good freinds with Alan as well.
KEN WE'D LOVE TO SEE YOU AT THE CRAZY DONKEY ON 3/22/08 MY SON GOES ON AROUND 6PM I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED TELL YOUR DAUGHTER AND HER BOYFRIEND TO COME TOO MICHAEL
Ken, Good to hear from you. I do remember you from little league. I was in the scouts at Troop 109, which met at the Kew Garden Hills Jewish Center. Were you in Troop 199? I don't know if you remember David Moin. We were in the same class together, and have kept in touch over the years. I'll have to get him on this site as well. Take care------Marty
I knew your brother from school and from the Boy Scouts, Troop 199. I remember your dad being active in that too. Wasn't he Asst. Scoutmaster or something?
What is Paul up to these days?

Ken,
As of a couple of years ago, Bitty was a chiropractor healer out west, I think in Colorado, but I could be wrong about the state. Lanny I have no clue. Its funny, but do you remember I was at my friend Roy's apartment in the city maybe 18 years ago, and you came in to do his windows, i think you had just started your side business back then.
Ken, Of course I remember you. It hasn't been that long. Weren't we in every class together since kindergarten. Did you have Mrs.Goldblatt,Mrs. Blume, Mrs. Mays, &Mrs. Bromberg?

Ken,
So nice to hear from you, a message that spans decades. Yes, please send me the photo to soyroy@gmail.com. I'll also add this email address to my profile, hoping it will facilitate communication w. our 164 friends but not generate much spam. Roy
I was contacted a few weeks ago by a big Paul Stanley fan (of the rock group KISS.) Paul attended PS 164, class of 1964. His name was Stanley Eisen back then.
Anyway, it turns out Stanley (now Paul) was in your brother's class. The fan spotted him in this photo you sent me:
http://www.patriciaweppler.com/ps164_1961_31.htm
He's the top row, second from the right.
Did your brother know he went to school with Paul Stanley???????
I was a huge KISS fan back in the day and I am so impressed!!! (Of course, now I am scouring all the class pics, but I can't find him in the rest of the photos!)

Thanks Ken, hopefully i have it right now. I did mention to ron and will bug him to sign on. Both Ron and Viv are doing well we all ended up in Westfield, NJ which has been great and we are moving our parents out in a few months.
Thanks for the reply, great to hear from you. I've been
living in SoCal for over 25 years now. I'm in Orange County with my wife of the past six years. Practicing law for the past 17 years, with and emphasis on "practicing." You picked a good time to come West in April, it's a great time of year, and feel free to give us a call while you're out here.

Sure I remember. I'm living in Fairfax, VA after about 20 years in Raleigh, NC and 3 years in Irvine, CA. I'll write some more later. Rob
It was only a matter of time before word got around!
Now you can tell your brother he made it onto Paul Stanley's website!
