Fusion surgery - I think thats what my cousin Bob had. No doctors for me thank you. Ive only seen them for hamstring pulls and other problems due to running. Yes I remember the Ginsburgs (and got an email through this from Gayle) and the Sclafanis. Who else do you remember? Of course the Markowitz's. And say hello to Gene and your dad while youre at it. Got into running after (during) losing weight and keeping it off. Now got addicted to it. Ran a killer race this past Saturday, ran last night now that it is light out when I get home from work, another race next Saturday and a whole bunch more already signed up for.
I remember a few things about 164 but pretty sketchy when it comes to names. Hell, its over 40 years ago

My mother is out by me as of last week for another few weeks I guess. Lisa and Dick are in Maryland / Virginia, etc since Kiras softball team is playing a few games away. I just signed up for the Baltimore Half Marathon in October but have a whole bunch of other races to do on Long Island. Joined the NYRoad Runners and will be entering races in New York so I could run the NY Marathon next year. Not ready for it yet.
So how is your memory of everyone from 164?

Hi Marcia - what a weird blast from the past! Remember me 137-02 Jewel Avenue. How have u been, your sister Julie? Seems like yesterday but I remember so much from those days. The Waldman's, The Orensteins's, The Leblangs, etc. Please respond.

I certainly will. There aren't many of us on the site and I just checked who plans to attend the reunion and it is not a lot. It was so nice to speak to Cindy! It's funny, but when we were in 6th grade, I think I knew most of the kids in the other classes but never really made friends with anyone and I knew who Cindy was and this is the first time I ever spoke to her! I also remembered what she looked like! Hopefully some others will respond. I left a comment for Richard Waldman as well!

We will all get together somehow!

Ofcourse I remember you, your sister had beautiful red hair , and you were always thin like me, how you, it has been years, funny you wrote me when I saw your name I said to myself I wonder if that is Marcia Gerod, I think that was your last name . How is your mom & dad and Julie, you look great still the same..
Where are you living now ? Check this out me and my friend Susan Wilkins went to 137th street a month or so and checked on the old neigborhood, WOW!! it brought back so many memories I wouldn't know where to start..
