All these years later (going on 50 since I graduated) I can still recite the entire Gettysburg Address, the Preamble to the Constitution, and the Declaration of Independence. And do you remember working on penmanship? I even won a penmanship award (although you wouldn&#039;t believe it to see my handwriting now). Nowadays, they&#039;re not even teaching cursive writing in the schools!&lt;/p&gt;                    </summary>

But I do remember Dr. Karrow coming into Mrs. Riccio&#039;s 2nd grade classroom while we were reciting a poem. Now that I am a parent, I can appreciate Dr. Karrow&#039;s interest in his students.&lt;br /&gt;

                        We sound like a tribute to everything we needed to learn in life.......we learned in Kindergarten! Well..........plus a few years!&lt;br /&gt;
All in all, PS 164 was a great place to be. My mom still lives there so there are many great memories that come to mind as I pass it.&lt;br /&gt;
I found that it gave me incredible recall..........and can still recite all of them and the preamble to Superman! LOL&lt;br /&gt;
