                        I remember Mrs Berman translating many songs into French. One in particular--My Own America, or Mon Amerique a moi. I wasn&#039;t in the French club, but I think she may have asked Mrs. Bromberg either to have her class sing it with the club, or maybe it was the Glee Club joining with the French club. I still remember  the words in French--I guess because it was really hard, and it was really something I had to practice over and over. My mother spoke French and sounded it all out for me.                    </summary>
