&lt;p&gt;I remember Robbie Piazza. He lived on my block for a while, by Vleigh Place and 141 St. I graduated in &#039;61, and he was a couple years younger than me. For one summer at least, he and his dad used to be out in the backyard court every evening in the summer, with a wiffle ball and bat, his dad throwing him pitch after pitch. I remember him starting Little League. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then he must have moved, because I lost track…&lt;/p&gt;                    </summary>

He came to sing for the younger grades and I was the only kid in the first grade who knew all the words to Puff the Magic Dragon. Must have been 1963.
